⚖️ Counter-Notification

If you believe content you posted on Fensiz was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

1. Your name, address, phone number, and email
2. Identification of the content that was removed and where it appeared before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was wrongly removed
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local U.S. federal court (or another appropriate court if you’re outside the U.S.)
5. Your physical or electronic signature

We will forward your counter-notification to the original claimant and may restore the content unless they file a court action within 10 business days.
